There are tons of recipes online for Paleo Pizza...this is my version:
1 pound grass-fed ground chuck
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Muir Glen Fire Roasted Tomato Pizza Sauce
baby bella mushrooms, sliced (about 6)
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup broccoli (small florettes)
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 small red onion sliced
coconut oil for sauteing
Optional: hormone free mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together the herbs and the beef. Form into about a 9" round patty on a cookie sheet, this is the "crust" of your pizza. Bake for about 10 minutes

This is a pretty typical Sunday "cheat" meal at the Murphy household. Serve with gluten free pasta and some red vino and enjoy!
1 oz. dried porcini mushrooms (optional)
About 3/4 - 1 cup hot water, if using dried mushrooms
2 Tbs. unsalted butter
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 1/2 cups finely chopped yellow or red onion
2/3 cup peeled and finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 lb. ground beef or half beef and half pork
1 cup white wine
3 Tbs. tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 cups beef broth, heated
1 to 2 cups heavy cream (optional)

Ingredients
4-1/2 to 5 lb. English-style beef short ribs (8 to 12 ribs)
3 Tbs. Olive Oil oil
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
2/3 cup medium-diced carrots
2/3 cup medium-diced onions
2/3 cup medium-diced fennel
1 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme
1 Tbs. finely chopped garlic
1 to 2 tsp. paprika
1 to 2 tsp. ground coriander
1-1/2 cups dry red wine
1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup lower-salt beef broth
1 to 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley

Ingredients
6 peppers (I use red, orange and yellow)
2# grass fed ground sirloin
1/2 red onion roughly diced
3 tsp paprika
1-2 tsp allspice
1 tsp black pepper (or more to taste)
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1 jar pasta sauce (be sure it doesn’t have added sugar! I like Lucini)
1/2 cup chopped Italian parsley
olive oil to saute the onions/beef
Directions

I love Italian food...so was on a mission to come up with a recipe for this traditional Murphy Sunday dinner :)
Ingredients
Meatballs
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 lb. (grass fed) ground chuck
1 egg
1 large shallot, minced
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Pinch of ground cloves
1-2 tsp dried oregano (use fresh if it is summertime)
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
1 head garlic, smash the cloves
1/3 - 1/2 cup dry white wine
2 large cans plum tomatoes (try to use San Marzano...it makes a difference!)
1 bay leaf
1-2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt (to taste)
Fresh basil, torn

Ingredients
5 lb. grass fed ground beef
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 can (28 oz.) chopped organic tomatoes with juices
8 Tbs. chili powder
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2-1 cups unsalted beef stock (depending on how thick you want it)
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, brown the beef, about 10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the beef to a slow cooker.

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds flank steak, cut into 4 pieces
1 green bell pepper, cored and quartered
2 large onions—1 halved, 1 thinly sliced
1 bay leaf
2 garlic cloves, smashed
Salt
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
In a large saucepan, combine the flank steak with the bell pepper, halved onion and bay leaf. Add enough water to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer over moderate heat for 20 minutes.
